Assistant Team Leader - Exec and Comfort Villas
This is a Part Time position, working Monday and Fridays. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Villas team, whilst being involved in the day to day cleaning of villas. Duties include management of the team, budget control, monitoring retention, training and work standards and would also include covering any rest days and holidays. Supervisory experience is an advantage, however not essential as full training will be given.

Central Areas Assistant – Earlies
Vacancies for early morning cleaners to work a rota'd shift of 5 days from 7 (including weekends) from 05.30am to 09.30am. Duties will be to clean all public areas around the village including; walkways, toilets, shops and some restaurant areas. Guest Services Team Member

Assistant Guest Services Manager
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager you will assist in the running of a team of approximately 30 guest service staff. We are looking for a strong individual who has previous management and hospitality experience preferably running a busy reception team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our changeover days on Mondays and Fridays when around 3,000 guests arrive on holiday. You will also be responsible for the guest services desk operation and must be experienced in dealing with challenging guests. You must possess good communication skills as you will be required to liaise with other departments. You will also be required to deputise for the Guest Services Manager in their absence and be comfortable with budgets and reporting to Line Manager.
Hours: 40 hours per week - including some evening and weekend shifts
