Day Visitor Pass
From day one of joining us, you will be given an allowance of day passes for you to use throughout the year to bring your family and friends to the village for a great day out.
Holiday Discounts
Once a year you can treat yourself to a 50% discounted break in any of our UK villages. You are also entitled to a 20% discount off any additional breaks, subject to availability. From time to time, Family & Friends offers will give you the chance of a late availability break at a heavily discounted price.
Village Discounts
Within every Center Parcs village, you will find a variety of excellent retail outlets and numerous restaurants and cafes where you will be entitled to up to a 20% discount on your purchases.
Health & Beauty
Where else can you work that has its own state-of-the-art health & beauty retreat, Aqua Sana? Use the spa on your own for free or bring in a few friends for a nominal fee and relax in the beautiful and luxurious surroundings for which Center Parcs is justly famous. A 50% discount on health and beauty treatments is available depending on availability.
Shared Success
We recognise that the hard work of each one of you helps us to achieve and maintain our success, so we created a scheme to reward that effort. Once you've attained 18 months service you'll be eligible to participate in Shared Success, which will pay you a percentage of your basic pay for every hour you've worked in the year, subject to achievements of financial targets. There are also separate Management Bonus Schemes for senior managers, which are linked to both company financial targets and the achievement of personal objectives.
Bright Ideas
We encourage your participation in the business by asking for your ideas – and paying you for them. With rewards of up to £5000 for an idea that benefits us financially, and up to £1000 for an idea that maybe just improves life for our guests or our staff. The scheme is topped by an annual award for the best idea, where the winner is awarded with £2000 worth of holiday vouchers.

Holidays
Full time staff receive 30 days inclusive of bank holidays, and entitlement increases by 1 day at 2, 5 and 10 years service. Part-time staff entitlement is pro-rata to the amount of hours worked.
Pensions
Our pension scheme is designed to provide you with a regular and advantageous way to save for your retirement and all staff are eligible to join the scheme.
Company Sick Pay
All contracted staff are eligible to receive Company Sick Pay after one year's service. The amount is equivalent to 100% of basic pay for up to 28 days in any 12-month period.

When staff do something extraordinary, they deserve to be recognised. That's why at Center Parcs we have a range of recognition schemes, each designed to congratulate someone who's gone the extra mile and done something exceptional.
Star Performers and Employee of the Year
This is all about rewarding employees for going beyond what is expected of them. We have annual star performer awards with a cash prize and presentation. Additional awards are made to the employee from this group who is chosen as the "Employee of the Year" for their village.
Long Service Awards
Center Parcs staff enjoy their work and we are justifiably proud that so many stay with us for so long. Length of service is recognised by the presentation of special Service Badges to mark each employees 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service; and also by an awards dinner and a presentation of special gifts for employees who have been at Centre Parcs for 10, 15 and 20 years.
