Bakery Supervisor

Supervisor required for the Bakery Counter within our busy Parcmarket. Working under the guidance of our Parkmarket Manager, your duties will include supervision of our small bakery counter team, ensuring all company and legal standards are met and maintained regarding quality of presentation and cleanliness, stock ordering, driving sales, staffing levels and rotas. You will also assist with with produt development, contacting suppliers daily and developing the range. With a minimum of 3 years Retail or Catering experience, to include food preparation, along with the drive and enthusiasm to motivate and develop your team. Previous supervisory experience is desirable, as the role also involves key holding on a rota basis; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Hours: 160 hours per four week period

Senior Chef de Partie

Your responsibilities would be to oversee the running of a busy unit with designated sous chef liason, the right candidate must have understanding of ordering ,cost of sales, portion control and wastage, you will also be expected to attend monthly financial meetings and explain your results, be able to assist in staff training/ development and contribution reviews as well as adhere to health and hygiene regulations and maintain a high standard of cleaning. With your unit manager you will need to achieve ESA scores to budget and provide general smooth running of the unit. Function experience an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate must posses sound management skills and 3 yrs minimum at chef de partie level in a busy kitchen environment.

Restaurant Manager

Your prime responsibility will be to run on a P&L basis a large restaurant, exercising strong budgetary control, inspirational team leadership and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in running a large restaurant or modern bar environment. Reporting to the sites food and beverage manager, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal skills along with staff training and leadership capabilities. You will be able to deliver the highest levels of service and exceptional financial results in a similar modern eating experience environment.

Retail Supermarket Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to take responsibility for the largest of the 9 stores at Sherwood Forest Village.   You’ll be responsible for managing both the team and the stock, driving both revenue and profit to ensure the business remains thriving. As well as overseeing this flagship outlet, you will also deputise for the Village Retail Manager, supervising all 9 stores on-site when required. The role requires a demonstrable retail management track record, which will have included direct accountability for a high-volume food retailing operation. You must have a commitment to quality to match the client’s, with the essential ability to get the best from a large in-store team and the commercial acumen to grow the business. All this will be reflected in your passion for retail and the vision and determination to succeed.  Salary - £27,800k (pay review pending plus bonus).

Housekeeping Assistants

We require Housekeeping Assistants to cover various hours and shifts, these hours could range between 5.30am to 2.45pm.  The early morning shift starts at 5.30am until 9.00am on a rota basis including weekends, villa cleaners cover Monday and Fridays 10.00am until 2.45pm. Accommodation Service Cleaners work various hours throughout the week on a rota basis.  Your duties may involve general cleaning within restaurants, retail and leisure outlets and also villas.  Free transport is available from some local areas - details on request.
