1. Full Day Visitors Pass

If you would like to bring friends and family along to Center Parcs for the day you can purchase a day pass for them to be able to try out a particular activity or join you for a family meal. Day passes are permitted from 10am to midnight. We do not permit day visitors to bring any animals onto the village. We strongly advise you to pre-book your day visitors as we have limited spaces available. Please Note, If booking the 'group of four' option there must be at least one adult over the age of 18 years old in the party. Activity available at all villages.


2. What is included in the cost of my break?

The price of your break includes: your accommodation, bed linen - except cot linen, use of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, children's outdoor play areas and any free children's entertainment, 400 acres of woodland to enjoy, towels - except comfort accommodation. WiFi in central areas. Once you have booked, you will also have access to our collection of leisure activities, restaurants and shops, which can be booked by going to the My Booking page on our website, or when you arrive.

3. Can I come to Center Parcs just for the day?

We are not open to day visitors unless it is to visit someone who is staying on one of our villages. Day visitor passes to visit a staying guest are available online by logging in to 'My booking' under 'Recommended extras'.


24 hours notice is required before the arrival of day guest on site, and the passes need to be booked by the lead booker of the stay.


4. How much does it cost to hire a cycle?

Cycles can be hired from as little as £17 per break.


5. Will I have WiFi in my accommodation?

All of our Executive and Exclusive Lodges have free WiFi. We also have free wireless hotspots in all guest areas around our village including our restaurants and bars. Guest Services on the villages can provide information and numbers for support.


6. Can my friends visit me on the village?

It's fine for extra friends or family to join you for the day. All you need is a day pass for each extra guest. These can be purchased on the activities booking site or by calling the Contact Centre team on 03448 267751.


7. What's included in the Early Arrival Package?

Beat the rush and settle into your accommodation with an early arrival from 2pm.


8. What time can I check in?

You may arrive at the village from 10am on your arrival date and are welcome to use village facilities from that time other than the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, which you may use from 2pm. You can access your accommodation from 3pm at Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest and Longleat Forest. Access to accommodation at Whinfell is from 3.30pm.


9. Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking if you need to, providing you do so at least 10 weeks before you arrive. Call our Contact Centre on 03448 267751 and we will be happy to help. Each change is subject to availability and will be charged at the current selling price, plus we also charge a small amendment fee of £35. You may only change your break start date once and you must select your new start date within 8 weeks of requesting the change, otherwise the change will be treated as a cancellation and normal cancellation fees will apply. You won't be able to change or cancel your break within 10 weeks unless you have adequate insurance.


10. What time do we have to leave our villa when our break is over?

We ask our guests to vacate their accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. This gives us time to get the villa ready for the next guests. It is not necessary for you to check out, you simply leave your key in the box next to the departure barrier.
