Center Parcs voted amongst the best in the UK for Customer Service

Center Parcs is delighted to have been included in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index Top Ten, published in The Times on the 1st July.

Results of the UK Customer Satisfaction Index published by the Institute of Customer Service in The Times revealed that Center Parcs had scored over 83% on customer service; above world class level according to the Institute.

The UK holiday industry, often maligned for poor customer service, is now rated as ‘the best country for customer service’ according to 46% of those surveyed and Center Parcs is thrilled to be recognised as being at the forefront of providing a quality holiday experience in the UK.

Responding to this news, Martin Dalby, CEO commented:

“We continue to invest in the training and development of our staff and this is reflected in our strong staff loyalty and industry-leading labour turnover figures. We have had a record year with over 95% annual average occupancy, which goes to show that good customer service means our short breaks are ever-more popular”.

However, Center Parcs doesn’t intend to rest on its laurels; after spending over £130m improving accommodation, leisure facilities and restaurants over the last 2 years, next week they launch an ambitious new company-wide customer service programme, ‘Delivering Excellent Service’.
