Can I book day passes for people to come with us on our break?

If you’d like to bring friends and family along to Center Parcs for the day, you can purchase a day pass so they can join you from 10am to midnight. Available at all villages, day passes are a great way for family members and friends to try the Center Parcs experience and tackle a new activity or join you for a family meal. We do not allow day visitors to bring any animals on to our villages. We strongly advise you to pre-book your day passes as we have limited spaces available. Please note: if booking the 'group of four' option, there must be at least one adult over the age of 18 in the party.

 

Can I come to Center Parcs just for the day?

We are not open to day visitors unless it’s to visit someone a guest staying on one of our villages. Day visitor passes to visit a staying guest are available to book online in the Recommended Extras section.

 

What time can I check in?

You may arrive at the village from 10am on your arrival date and are welcome to use village facilities from that time other than the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, which you may use from 2pm. You can access your accommodation from 3pm at Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest, Longleat Forest and Woburn Forest. Access to accommodation at Whinfell Forest is from 3.30pm.

Don’t worry if you’ll be arriving later in the evening, the Arrivals Lodge at all villages is manned 24 hours a day so there will be someone available to check you in.

 

What time do we have to leave when our break is over?

We ask our guests to vacate their accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. This gives us time to get the accommodation ready for the next guests. There’s no need to check out, simply leave your keys in the box by the departure barrier.

 

What’s included in the cost of my break?

The price of your break includes: your accommodation, bed linen (except cot linen), towels, unlimited use of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, children's outdoor play areas and any free children's entertainment, 400 acres of beautiful woodland to enjoy and complimentary WiFi in all villages. Once you’ve booked, you will also be able to browse our range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops, which can be booked by going to the My Booking page on our website, or when you arrive at a Booking Point.

Do I need to bring my own towels?

Towels are provided in all of our accommodations. However, please remember to bring your own towels for the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

 

Will I have WiFi in my accommodation?

All accommodation at all villages has free WiFi access. We also have free wireless hotspots in all guest areas around our villages including our restaurants and bars. If you experience issues during your stay, please contact Guest Services.

 

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking if you need to, providing you do so at least 10 weeks before you arrive. Call our Contact Centre on 03448 267751 and we will be happy to help. Each change is subject to availability and will be charged at the current selling price, as well as an amendment fee of £35. You may only change your break start date once and you must select your new start date within 8 weeks of requesting the change, otherwise the change will be treated as a cancellation and normal cancellation fees will apply. You won't be able to change or cancel your break within 10 weeks unless you have adequate insurance.

 

I work for the NHS/military, do I get a discount?

We’ve simplified the way we price our breaks. Our booking system guarantees that when you book, you’re getting the best possible price that is available to anyone, anywhere, at that time.

Pricing is reviewed regularly and is based on demand at each village and may change throughout the day. Prices quoted are only valid at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Prices online are the same as they are if you call our Contact Centre.

 

Can we stay for just one or two nights?

At Center Parcs the only one-night stays we offer are spa breaks at Aqua Sana spa, which are for adults only. Details of these are available on our Aqua Sana website Or alternatively call our Contact Centre on 03448 267751, where one of our advisors will be able to help.
