What pets can we bring with us?
We know that pets need holidays too and it can be fun to bring them with you. However, the only pets we allow at our villages are dogs.
How many dogs can we bring?
Dogs are welcome at Center Parcs although there is limited capacity so please book earlier to avoid disappointment. We can accommodate a maximum of two dogs per villa. Please check if we have a specifically designated accommodation available for the time of your stay by visiting our website. In the booking process you will be asked to select the option to find accommodation that allows dogs, you will then be asked if you wish to bring one or two dogs alternatively you could call our Reservations Team on 08448 267723 who will be pleased to help. The cost to bring your dog to Center Parcs is £55 for one dog and £80 for two dogs. Please read our terms and conditions.

Will we have to pay to bring dogs?
Yes, it costs £55.00 for one dog and £80.00 for two. This cost will be added on during the online booking process.
What type of clothes should I bring for my holiday with you?
A holiday with us is all about having fun and relaxing, that’s why we don’t have a dress code. Just come as yourself and bring clothes you enjoy wearing.
Our restaurants and bars are very relaxed, so it’s up to you whether you want to dress-up or go casual. For the Aqua Sana or the pool, all you need is a swimming costume. Clothing guides can be found upon booking activities (if applicable). One word of advice, make sure you include your waterproofs when you pack your suitcase. The British weather can be rather unpredictable (to say the least) and we don’t want it spoiling your time with us.
Can my friends and family come to visit me?
Day visitor passes to visit a staying guest are available via our web site in ‘my booking’ under recommended extras or by telephone on 08448 266200 and should be booked by the lead booker.
Do you allow smoking at Center Parcs?
Center Parcs do not permit smoking in any buildings, lodges or apartments but is permitted where indicated on patios and balconies and other designated public areas.
Will my villa have WiFi?
We have wireless hotspots in all guest areas and in our restaurants and bars. All of our Executive Lodges also have wireless technology. Guest services on the villages can provide information and numbers for support.
