Do I need to complete anything once I've booked an activity?
Certain activities require you to fill out a medical form before undertaking the activity. These will be provided if necessary and explained to you on arrival at the activity.
Why do my children have to go to different groups at the Time Out Club?
We take the safety and care of your children very seriously and they are age specific. That's why all our Time Out Clubhouses are Ofsted registered and run by highly skilled and experienced nursery nurses.
As part of this, we also operate a strict staff-to-child ratio in our Clubhouses.
Are some activities suitable for disabled guests?
We have many activities that are suitable for guests with disabilities, although they may vary from village to village. If you'd like to find out more about activities for disabled guests, please call our Bookings Team on 08448 266 200 (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 10.00pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00 am to 9pm).
I've booked a treatment at the Aqua Sana; can I use the spa facilities after my treatment?
Our spas are among the best in the country, with some 14 different luxurious spa experiences for you to indulge in. Because our Aqua Sana is so popular, the price of your treatment doesn't include access to the spa itself.

In our "World of Spa" your will find an array of truly indulgent Spa Experiences from around the world. We also offer a wide range of treatments from the finest product houses such as Decleor and Elemis and if this is your first time visiting our Aqua Sana you can arrange a complimentary tour and our professional consultants will be on hand to answer any questions you have.

I can't find the spa treatment I want, any suggestions?
All of our activities and events are listed online, including spa treatments. Simply click here, if you have booked a break, fill out your accommodation reservation details and start planning the activities and spa treatments for your break.
Do I get a towel when I use the spa or do I have to bring my own?
We'll give you a luxury robe and towel, just bring your swimming costume and get set to relax.
