How do I book a holiday with you?
You can book a holiday online with us by clicking here or by calling the reservations team on 08448 267 723, they are open 7 days a week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-10.00pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00am-9.00pm).
How do I select the location I want to stay in on-village?
You can choose your villa location by selecting 'Central', 'Middle' or 'Outer' (if available) during the online booking process. Alternatively, you can select a specific villa number.
How can I ensure my two villas are next to each other?
Center Parcs charge a fee to guarantee your villas are located next door to each other. This charge is dependant on where on the Village you would like your villas to be located.
Central Location (within 5 Minutes walk from swimming area) £45.00
Middle Location (within 10 Minutes walk from swimming area) £35.00
Outer Location (within about 20-40 Minutes walk from swimming area) £20.00
If you have not yet made your booking, you can choose your location in the booking process where you can view the villa locations on a map.

Who should I contact if there’s an error when I’m making my booking on the website?
Our Reservations Team will be happy to help you complete your booking. Please call them on 08448 267 723 if you experience a problem. They are open 7 days a week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-10.00pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00am-9.00pm).
Can I change the date of my holiday?
Yes, you can change your booking if you need to, providing you do so at least 10 weeks before you arrive. Call our Reservations Team on 08448 267 723 and we will be happy to help. Each change is subject to availability and will charge at the current selling price plus we also charge a small amendment fee of £35. You won’t be able to change or cancel your holiday within 10 weeks unless you have adequate holiday insurance.
Can I change the number of people who are coming on holiday?
You can change the number of people in your party providing you have adequate space in your accommodation. In order to do this you will need to contact our Reservations Team by our ‘contact us’ email or by telephoning 08448 267 723
Will I be able to change the people in my party whilst I’m on holiday?
No, only the people you’ve registered beforehand will be able to come on holiday with you. If you need to amend their details before your break, you can by calling our Reservations Team on 08448 267 723
You can however purchase day passes for your friends and family and they are available by calling the Reservations team on 08448 266 200. The lead booker should book these.
Can I cancel my holiday?
You can cancel your booking if you have adequate insurance and have a valid reason i.e. loss of employment, illness, bereavement. If you do not have insurance, you will not receive a refund.
How much deposit do I have to pay?
To reserve your booking, we ask for a deposit. This will be either 30% of the total cost of your villa, plus the total cost of your insurance, or £75, whichever is greater.
Why do I need to pay a surcharge when I pay with credit card when I book my holiday?
Many people like to pay for their holiday by credit or debit card – it’s a service we like to provide because it makes paying quick and convenient. The 2% credit card surcharge simply covers the administration costs that come with paying in this way. There is no surcharge applicable for debit cards. There is no card surcharge when booking and paying for activities with a credit card.
Where can I use and purchase Center Parcs Gift Vouchers?
Center Parcs Gift Vouchers can be used at any of our four UK Villages. Center Parcs Gift Vouchers can also be redeemed against any of the following:

Gift Vouchers come in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100.
Center Parcs accept all major credit/debit cards.
To place your order please contact the Center Parcs Gift Voucher team on 08448 267 709 ( Mon - Fri 8.30am - 10pm, weekends and bank holidays 9am - 9pm). Orders £100 and under are sent Recorded Delivery (signature required on receipt) and delivered within around 5-6 working days. Orders £105.00 and over are sent special delivery (signature required on receipt) and delivered within 2-3 working days.
Please note Special Delivery items are not delivered on Saturdays.
When will I receive my holiday booking confirmation?
If you give us your email address when you book, we’ll instantly send you an email with all your booking details in it to print off and keep. If you prefer, we’ll send your holiday booking confirmation by post 7 to 10 working days after you made your booking. Ring our Reservations team on 08448 267 723 to request a postal invoice.
Are there Center Parcs villages in Europe?
Yes. We have villages in Holland, Belgium, France and Germany, complete with a Subtropical Swimming Paradise and a similar range of villas and sports and leisure facilities.
The European Villages are owned and operated by Center Parcs NV. As such, we (Center Parcs Limited) act as agent when booking any breaks for you at any Center Parcs European Village.

Why has the cost of accommodation gone up/down?
We’ve simplified the way we charge for our breaks, making it easier for you to get the best deal. No more discount codes, online discounts or last minute special offers everywhere you look; these make it hard to know when and how to get the best deal. And there’s always a doubt that you may have been able to get a lower price, if only you had known.

Where can I find a price list for your accommodation?
Prices and latest availability can be obtained through our Reservations team by calling 08448 267 723 or by checking our online booking system. Written quotations are not available due to Center Parcs operating a best available rate pricing policy.
What is ‘best available rate pricing’?
This booking system guarantees that when you book, you are getting the best possible price that is available to anyone, anywhere on that day. Prices can change on a daily basis. Whether you book online or over the phone you can rest assured that no one will be offered your holiday at a better rate on that day. Prices online are the same as they are if you call our Reservations team.
Can I book a hen/stag party?
I am sorry to advise you that Center Parcs does not offer any packages for Stag or Hen parties. We are a family orientated holiday and as such we do not encourage traditional Stag or Hen parties. If you wish to have a relaxing ‘spa type’ break please visit our website or call us on 08448 267 723.

Can I arrive on a different day? Center Parcs operate traffic free villages and because of this we limit the days that guests can arrive and depart. This means that we have set arrival days which are on either a Monday or Friday, the exception to this is Christmas and New Year depending on which days of the week they fall on. It is recommended that guests makes us aware if they are not going to be arriving on the designated days by contacting our Call Centre by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 08448 267 723.
Can I come to Center Parcs just for the day?
We are not open to day visitors unless it is to visit someone who is staying on one of our villages. Day visitor passes to visit a staying guest are available online by logging in to my booking under recommended extras or by telephone on 08448 267 723.
I want to make a booking but I have read in your terms and conditions that I must be 21 years old, is this correct?
It is Center Parcs policy to only accept bookings from guests over the age of 21 and regretfully this means that we would not be able to agree to your booking on this occasion.
I have checked availability online and you appear to be full for the dates I want to book. Can you put me on a waiting list?
Center Parcs has taken the decision not to hold a waiting list for logistical reasons. Sometimes cancellations do become available, you should you check our website as often as possible as all of our accommodation will be for sale online.
