What time can I arrive at my Center Parcs Village?
If you're staying at the Elveden, Sherwood, or Longleat Forest you can arrive and register from 10am. If you're staying at Whinfell village, you can arrive from 10:30am.

What happens when I arrive?
You’ll arrive at our arrivals lodge where our staff will check you in, give you your car security pass, keys to your accommodation and a map.

When can I use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise?
You can use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise from 2pm on the day you arrive.

What time will I be able to get into my villa, lodge or apartment?
Your accommodation will be available from 3pm onwards if you’re staying at the Elveden, Sherwood, or Longleat Forest. If you’re staying at Whinfell Forest, you can get into your accommodation from 3.30pm onwards.

You can drive up to your accommodation to unload, before returning your car to the main car park. Then… it’s up to you.

Can I get into my accommodation any earlier?
Yes, only if you’ve booked a ‘flying start package’ with us. This enables you to get into your accommodation from 2pm onwards. You can book the flying start package when booking your accommodation or, if you have already booked your holiday and wish to add a flying start package give us a call on 08448 267 723.

Can I use my car on the village?
At Center Parcs, we like to maintain a safe, tranquil environment and therefore car access to the village is limited to arrival and departure days. Guests are able to park their car outside their accommodation in order to load and unload but at all other times cars should be parked in the main car park, if you need to leave early, arrangements to take your car on site at other times can be made via our Guest Services team.
