Can you provide me with prices of your activities?
Please find below a link to our Website below where you can view a PDF file with some "Sample" prices for our activities. Prices do vary depending on time of day or day of week and are subject to change; therefore, they can only provide a guideline as opposed to specific pricing.

I have some vouchers. Can I use them to book activities before I arrive?
Unfortunately, Center Parcs are only able to accept vouchers for goods and services that are bought on our villages. Any advance bookings for activities or events must be paid for at the time of booking. Tesco Clubcard vouchers cannot be used in Center Parcs restaurants.

Can I use Tesco Clubcard vouchers at Center Parcs?
I am sorry to have to advise you that you will not be able to use your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers on Center Parcs villages. This decision has been made by Tragus (the company who manage these restaurants) and not by Center Parcs. You can purchase Center Parcs gift vouchers, which are accepted in all restaurants.

How do I pay for my activities?
You pay using your credit or debit card (we accept all major cards and won’t charge you for paying this way) for bookings made online or via the call centre.

Does Center Parcs accept cheques?
Cheques can be used to pay for the cost of your break or pre-booked activities. Cheques must be received 10 weeks before your arrival on Village. If you're paying for a booking, your cheque must be received and cleared within 10 days of making your booking. See our terms and conditions for more information. In common with many retailers, Center Parcs does not accept cheques as a means of payment on Village. We accept cash and credit/debit cards on Village as a means of payment for goods and services.

Yes, we do ask you to pay in full to secure your place on an activity or event.

Why don't you save my payment details?
Keeping your personal information safe and secure is one of our top priorities. Therefore, to ensure that your details aren't accessed by anyone else, we don’t save your payment details when you enter them.

I placed an activity in my 'shopping basket' but it's disappeared, why?
When you put events and activities in your basket, they’re reserved for 2 hours only. After that time, they’ll disappear from view and you’ll have to reselect them. We do this to make sure as many people as possible get the chance to book the activity or event they want.
