Do I need to bring a bike lock?
You’re welcome to bring your own bikes, providing they are in good condition, but please remember that even in our protected environment, we are not immune to thefts. We are advised by the police that custom built and ‘designer’ cycles are particularly vulnerable, so we strongly recommend you use a five-star lock whenever leaving your bike, even just for a few moments. We also suggest that you keep your bikes in your accommodation overnight and remove bike racks from your car.

I’m celebrating with you is there anything special that you can offer me?
We know that Center Parcs is an ideal place to get together as a group, from reunions to family celebrations. We also know that organising it all can be stressful, which is why we want to make it as easy as possible. For a group that includes 10 or more adults, we offer the services of a personal event planner when your break is booked by phone.

Your personal event planner can arrange all of your activities for you, which can even include activity sessions just for your group, including Paintballing, Tree Trekking and many more. Call 08448 267 726 to book your stay and your personal event planner will then get in touch with you. We do offer the facility to book Indulgence packs, bottles of champagne, chocolates, flowers and fruit baskets to make your stay a little more special. You are able to book any gifts online prior to your stay by logging onto my booking or by contacting our Call Centre on 08448 262 610.
