Try a low impact, high intensity Aerobike session, with a soundtrack of the latest club mixes, or experience the very latest in aerobic workout concepts – Cardio Kick. This explosive introductory aerobic session incorporates some martial art non-contact kicks and punches. Then there's Flexiball, a great new workout using a large inflatable gymnastic ball.
If dance is your thing, try Ballet Fusion, Groove FX, Salsa or even Line Dancing to improve your fitness and coordination! Serious fitness buffs will enjoy the Power Hour – an exhilarating way to improve muscle tone and definition, while those who favour circuit training will be able to set their own targets and work at their own pace, thanks to our Fizzical programme.
