Center Parcs, today announces that it will be investing £12 million in its restaurants and bars over the next 12 months.
This investment is in line with Center Parcs' ongoing commitment to enhance its guest experience and follows its recent announcement of a £60 million investment in its accommodation.
Further to its investment in restaurants, Center Parcs has entered into an agreement in principle with Tragus Group Limited ("Tragus") to manage a small number of restaurants on each of Center Parcs' four UK villages.
Tragus will manage a total of nine restaurants across all four of Center Parcs' villages and will introduce the Café Rouge, Bella Italia, Strada and Ortega brands. This partnership will provide Center Parcs' guests with a wider choice of high quality offerings, alongside Center Parcs' existing restaurant facilities, to better reflect changing consumer tastes.
Commenting on this investment, Martin Dalby, Chief Executive of Center Parcs, said:
"We wish to ensure that our guests receive the quality, consistency and choice of food and drink that they expect. It is important that we preserve the uniqueness of the Center Parcs' experience whilst continuing to improve and meet changing demands.
"We pride ourselves on the overall quality of everything we deliver. Our partnership with Tragus ensures that our customer focus, our brand integrity and our service ethics remain intact. These improvements to our restaurant offering are part of an overall investment programme in Center Parcs that will continue to benefit our guests and which we are confident will enable Center Parcs to maintain its long-held position as the UK's leading short-break holiday operator
