The best way to get around is by bike
With 400 acres of forest, we’ve made sure there are plenty of cycle paths and convenient bike parks, wherever you go. At our Cycle Centre, adjacent to the car park, you can hire a wide variety of bikes, including mountain bikes as well as accessories such as cycle locks, child seats, child trailers (trailers and child seats may only be fitted to Center Parcs cycles) and helmets.
Whilst Longleat is a beautiful and picturesque Village, this does mean that the terrain is not as level as other Villages and our landscape does include some very steep hills.

24hr hire - Child Cycle 20"/24" If you fancy riding a bike during your stay, but don't want to hire it for a full week then why not take advantage of our special 1 day hire. You can collect your bike from 9am but it must be returned by 9am the next day. In the interests of safety Center Parcs recommend that all guests cycling on the village wear a helmet. Frame size selected on arrival. |

Special Needs Cycles If anyone in your party has special needs, a variety of options are available Duet: This is a unique 3 wheeled cycle with a wheelchair attached to the front. Trike: Has a low cross bar, is for people aged 14 years and up. Mobility Scooter: Users must be 16 years and above, can only be collected by the user. Can only be collected after 4.30pm on Monday & Friday |

Manual wheelchairs are also available from the Cycle Centre and can be collected by the user from the date of arrival. Prebooking is highly recommended as we only have a limited number available for hire. |

Keep your bikes secure
You’re welcome to bring your own bikes, providing they are in good condition, but please remember that, even in our protected environment, we are not immune to thefts. We are advised by police that custom-built and 'designer' cycles are particularly vulnerable, so we strongly recommend you use a five-star lock whenever leaving your bike, even for just a few moments. Remember not to attach the lock to quick release wheels.
