A fun class that gives you a low impact, high intensity workout on the Aerobikes to the latest club mixes.

Cardio Kick

Experience the very latest in aerobic workout concepts. This explosive introductory aerobic session incorporates some martial art non-contact kicks and punches.

Dance Fever

Designed around up-beat music, this class is easy to learn and rewarding using different funky dance styles, including Jazz Street and 70's

Fitness Studio

Get fit with our dedicated Fitness Studio with a range of Technogym equipment with a cardio theatre. (no free weights)

Circuits

This circuit training class uses a variety of exercise stations to provide different training effects. Working at your own pace you can adapt the routines to your own level of fitness.

Flexiball

A great new workout using a large inflatable gymnastic ball. This class will strengthen the torso and is recognised as one of the best abdominal exercise classes. Suitable for all levels.

Lavender Relaxation

Lie back on our lavender cushions and savour this moment of time alone to relax. A new class aimed at total relaxation and stretching. Our lavender essence helps relax mind and body.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A gentle toning and shaping workout targeting those problem areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Line Dancing

Transport yourself into the Wild West, into this fun, easy to learn co-ordinated American country line dancing session. Good all round exercise for both men and women.

Mature Movers

A gentle, low impact exercise class aimed at guests over 50 who want to improve their fitness without stress or strain.

Personal Fitness Programme

There are different ways of working out, depending on your level of fitness, your physical condition and whether you want to focus on improving muscle tone or aerobic performance. Our fully qualified instructors will devise a personal fitness programme for you, completely tailored to fit your profile, and show you how to use the different equipment. During your stay you have unlimited use of the Fitness Studio so you can do a full workout whenver you like.

Pilates

An introduction to Pilates, learn the body conditioning exercises done from a reclining, sitting, kneeling or standing position and teaching techniques of balance, breathing, flexibility and co-ordination. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Power Hour

Enjoy the upbeat music whilst improving muscle tone and definition. Great fun, with a wide variety of exercises for both men and women of an intermediate or advanced level of fitness.

Salsa

A fun way to keep fit to Latin rhythms. Join our Salsa teacher and learn some easy to follow steps and enjoy the distinctive Latin flavour. Men and women welcome.

Step Conditioning

A step class suitable for all, incorporating basic step conditioning.

Street Beat

Imagine yourself in a pop video and keep fit while learning the latest moves from pop, R&B and hip hop stars in a lively street dance class.

T'ai Chi

Relax and enjoy this Chinese system of light exercise based on the traditional Long Yang form, designed to promote general wellbeing of mind and body.

Specific movements and exercise involving both mind and body, excellent for stress relief and contributing towards general wellbeing.
