The Watersports lake is at the heart of the village. We provide a range of activities from simply hiring a pedalo for a gentle trip around, seeing wildlife and enjoying the view to the challenge of windsurfing.

Kayak LessonIn our stable, closed cockpit kayaks you will learn to manoeuvre, paddle and capsize to build your skills and your confidence. Min age 10yrs. |

Pico SailingA Pico is a performance sailing dinghy that's easy to handle and great fun to sail. Our enthusiastic instructors will show you how and soon have you sailing single-handedly across the lake. Min age 10yrs |

Raft BuildingSink or swim in this full-on adventurous challenge. Your team will receive a plan and materials, then the countdown begins. The aim is to build a raft in the time allowed. Then comes the ultimate test; will your raft float or sink? During the summer months please bring clothes you don't mind getting wet and when the seasons turn colder we can provide you with a wetsuit. Min age 8yrs |

Sailing TuitionMaster the wind in your sail as you tack out across the water with our fully qualified RYA instructors. Being at the helm of your own boat is a feeling that's hard to beat. Min age 10yrs |
