Holiday Tips

You may find these tips helpful for having a hassle-free start to your break:-  

Planning

On receipt of your pre-arrival pack which will be with you 2 weeks before your holiday (4 weeks if you have booked a VIP package) please take the time to look through the 'Plan Your Break' guide detailing events and activities which you may book prior to arrival.

Pre-booking a selection of activities will give you a real head start to enjoying your break.

All of our villages offer a Telephone Pre-Arrival Booking Service offering instant availability and booking information in one easy call.  Please refer to your 'Plan Your Break' guide for further information.

Preparation and Packing

Bathroom 
You may wish to bring a bath mat if you have young children. Toiletries are provided in Executive & Exclusive accommodation only.

Towels 
Towels are provided in Comfort Plus, Executive & Exclusive accommodation only – guests in Comfort accommodation should either bring their own (bath and hand towels), pre-book them from the 'Plan Your Break' guide Towels may also be hired from the Information Centre on arrival. All guests are requested to bring their own towels for the pool area.
 
Bed Linen 
All linen is provided (sheets, pillows and pillowcases and duvets with covers, plus additional blankets if required). Cot linen is not provided.

Cot & High Chair
One cot and high chair are provided in each villa and lodge. If more are required, please pre-book or speak to reservations when making your booking.

Clothes* 
Center Parcs is a casual and relaxed environment. There is no dress code in place, so please just be yourselves. If you are taking part in activities it is advisable to wear something comfortable (please read the 'Plan Your Break' guide for any specific requirements that your chosen activity may have.) You will need swimwear for the pool and Aqua Sana. Our bars and restaurants also have an informal atmosphere.
Waterproofs are recommended as we cannot guarantee the British weather!
 
Torch* 
The forest paths are well lit, however you may find a torch of use in places. 

Rucksack* 
The most common method of transport at Center Parcs is the bicycle, so you may find a rucksack style bag handy.

* Our retail outlets
Sportique and Aquatique, stock a wide range of good value leisure clothing, rucksacks, accessories and swimwear if you need to top up when you arrive.

Food & Kitchen
In your accommodation you'll find a small welcome pack to get you started. It contains:
Sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, milk. 
Sachet of washing up liquid, washing up sponge, cloth, tea towel, oven glove and a toilet roll.

We have our own supermarket on site which stocks these products, and can cater for a wide range of tastes if you are eating in your villa. Here you'll also find our delicious bakery for daily fresh breads. Grocery packs can be pre-booked, or deliveries can be made free to your villa during your stay when you spend over £40 

Kitchen Equipment 
All kitchens are stocked with the basic cooking utensils so you shouldn't need to bring any more.

Sports Equipment
If you're feeling active, then you might like to bring your own racquets along, although all equipment can be hired on village.

Bicycles 
Bikes for all the family are available to hire when you arrive, as are buggies and burley trailers. 

For the Journey 

Things to bring with you:
~ Completed registration form, if you've not pre-registered online. If you are travelling in more than one car ensure each car has a copy.
~ 'Plan Your Break' guide
~ Covering Letter which details your booking reference and directions to the Village
~ Booking confirmations for any Pre-bookings, you may not receive these until arrival at the village.
