What are the cancellation policy for activities

If you cancel your booked activity less that 2 hours prior to commencement (6 hours for a third party activity) we reserve the right not to give a refund. At the Aqua Sana they require 12 working hours notice for a cancellation in order to issue a full refund. For cancellations less than 12 hours a refund of 50% of the treatment price will be issued. For a cancellation of less thean the 12 hours notice, no refund will be given.
