How do I add in my own personal time?

You can add in your party's personal time such as swimming, dinner, meet friends, BBQ etc. By visiting 'View Itinerary' and clicking on 'Independent Time' you can then enter your own events for you and your party for any specific time and date. To delete these events, all you need to do is click on 'Details'.
