But this isn't about doing more than your body can cope with ... you'll go at your own pace, working only as hard as you can on each exercise for the suggested time. It's an efficient and challenging form of body conditioning that develops your strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination, and effectively burns calories, all in one short yet intense circuit.
