The Pancake House is a seated-service restaurant designed to be welcoming and accessible to all guests.

Entrance & Access

Access to the restaurant is via a paved pathway leading from the waterfront area just outside the Village Square. Entry is through a single set of double-leaf doors into a spacious lobby, followed by an additional set of doors that open into the main restaurant. The venue is fully accessible for guests using wheelchairs.

Inside the Restaurant

The restaurant offers a mixture of fixed and flexible seating. Some booth areas have fixed tables and seating, while the main dining space includes movable tables and chairs that can be arranged to meet guests’ accessibility requirements.

Lighting & Visual Access

The restaurant is bright and well lit. Assistance is available for guests who are partially sighted or have visual impairments, including support with reading menus.

Pancake House is lively family restaurant, with background music throughout the day.

Family Facilities

A small indoor play area is available for young children, featuring a climbing frame, slide, nets, and soft-play flooring. This area is accessed via a step, and height restrictions apply.

Toilets & Facilities

An accessible toilet is located within the restaurant. The nearest Changing Places facility is located in the Village Square next to the First Aid Centre, approximately a 3-minute walk away.
