1. The price quoted is a ‘from’ price for selected midweek breaks booked between 10:00 18 December 2024 and 23:59 4 February 2025 in a two and three bedroom Woodland Lodge. 
2. Prices are available for selected arrivals dates between 6 January 2025 – 3 November 2025 and but excludes school holidays. Availability is limited.
3. The ‘from price’ is only valid for breaks booked at Elveden Forest, Sherwood Forest, Whinfell Forest and Woburn Forest.
4. The advertised price is only available for new bookings and cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
5. The prices shown on our website or in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
6. The price is only guaranteed at the time of reservation.
7. Center Parcs reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to a confirmed booking.

1. The above rates are subject to availability. The number of lodges available is limited, and can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
2. All prices are subject to change and the price is only guaranteed at the time of reservation.
3. The rates available cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
4. Per person per night prices are rounded up to the nearest pound.

Early Bird Offer Terms and Conditions

1. You can add this offer to your booking by entering EARLY at the bottom of the payment page.
2. You can use this offer code to book a new break up to 23:59 11th March
3. The offer code can only be used if you book your stay at least 3 months (12 weeks) before your arrival date. If this condition isn’t met, Center Parcs has the right to change or cancel your booking.
4. You must add this offer when you book your break – you can’t add it on later.
5. Offer is available on all accommodation types for UK villages only. Except Spa Suites bookings, Spa Break bookings and Longford Forest, Ireland bookings.

7. £40 saving per unit of accommodation up to a maximum of 3 units of accommodation, if booked under the same booking reference. The saving will be applied to the full balance of the break but not the deposit amount payable.
8. 10% deposit payable on booking. The remaining 20% deposit is payable twelve weeks after booking. The full balance is payable ten weeks before your arrival date. Breaks booked within twenty-two weeks of arrival date must pay a 30% deposit on booking.

Price Promise, if you see the same break (village, accommodation type and arrival date) at a lower price after you have booked contact us by phone on 03448 266 266 or e-mail [email protected] to request an adjustment to price. Adjustment to price must be requested within 5 days of discovering the lower price.
10. No amendment fee, if you make any changes more than 7 days before your arrival date. Only one free amendment per booking is allowed. Any subsequent amendments or amendments made within 7 days of arrival, will be subject to the amendment charges listed in the booking terms and conditions.
11. Offer cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer. Not re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

Young Family Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The offer code SAVE35 must be added at time of booking.
2. Bookings must include a child of 5 years of age or under.
3. Offer is only available for new bookings made between 10:00 18 December 2024 and 23:59 11 March 2025 for term time arrival dates only (excludes school holiday dates listed below).
4. Available on all accommodation types, except Spa Suites.
5. Offer is valid for up to 3 accommodation units booked at the same time under the same booking reference.
6. Offer is valid for UK villages only. Not applicable to Spa Break bookings or Longford Forest, Ireland bookings.
7. A discount of £35 per unit of accommodation (up to a maximum of £105 if 3 units of accommodation are booked) will be applied at the point of booking to the full balance of the break not the deposit amount payable. This is a fixed discount per accommodation unit booked, regardless of length of stay.
8. Offer cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer including the Come Back Soon offer. Not re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

12. You can claim for two free visitor day passes by completing the form on the booking confirmation page/booking overview page once you have made a booking and are within 12 weeks of your arrival date. Please allow up to 5 days for day passes to be booked in. Once booked these will show on your itinerary as a free day pass. Multiple forms for the same break will be ignored.
13. Visitor day passes can only be booked once the booking window has opened for your break, within the 12 weeks prior to your arrival date.
14. No amendment fee: Your booking will not be charged an amendment fee when making changes to the booking, provided changes are made more than 7 days in advance of the arrival date. Any changes made within 7 days will be subject to the amendment charges listed in the booking terms and conditions.
