Changes to our lodge names

Following guest feedback, we've made some changes to our lodge names. Guests felt the name 'Executive' didn't sound family friendly, was too similar to 'Exclusive' and didn't reflect the Center Parcs experience. So we're pleased to introduce a new name: Forest Lodge

Can I park outside my lodge?

You can park outside your lodge to unload your car on arrival day. After that, please return your car to the main car park by10pm so the village stays peaceful and traffic-free.

What time do I have to check out of my lodge?

Check-out is by 10am, but your break doesn’t have to end there! You’re welcome to enjoy the village until midnight. Just remember to return your car back to the main car park once you’ve loaded up.​

 

Before you leave, please help us by leaving your lodge in good condition - pop the dishwasher on and take your waste to the bins/recycling.

Can I bring my pets?

Dogs are welcome in our dog-friendly lodges (just make sure to pre-book them). No other pets are permitted.

What's included in my break at Center Parcs?

During your break, you can enjoy free, unlimited access to our water park, the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. You’ll also find up to 400 acres of woodland to explore, adventure playgrounds and soft play areas, a sandy beach and miles of paths to walk or cycle. Inside your accommodation, you’ll find all the essentials you need for a relaxing break, including pots and pans, cutlery, bed linen and towels.

Do you pay per person or per lodge at Center Parcs?

You pay per lodge. Each lodge can accommodate a maximum number of guests depending on the number of bedrooms, up to a maximum of 8 guests in a four-bedroom lodge. 

Do the lodges come with Wi-Fi?

Yes, our complimentary Free Friendly Wi-Fi is available across the entire village throughout your stay.

Do the lodges have shaver plugs in the bathroom?

Yes, all lodges are equipped with shaver plugs.

Do I get a daily housekeeping service?

We do not offer a daily housekeeping service. 

Do we get a change of towels?

Unfortunately, we don't change towels during your short break.

Are the lodges baby friendly?

Yes, our lodges are all baby-friendly so please do bring your little ones along! Each lodge includes:

 

  •  A cot (you’ll need to bring your own linen)
  • A highchair
  • A super-sized storage cupboard for your pushchair
  • Forest views so little ones can spot wildlife!
What are my other options apart from lodges?

You can also book a hotel room or holiday apartment. Compact, stylish and centrally located, they make the perfect cosy retreat for those who plan to spend most of their time out and about enjoying everything Center Parcs has to offer.

 

Apartments are available at all villages, and hotel rooms are available at Woburn Forest.

  1. You can only use the offer by entering SAVE40 at the bottom of the payment page at the time of booking. 
  2. Bookings must include a child of 5 years of age or under at the arrival date. If this condition isn’t met, Center Parcs has the right to change or cancel your booking.
  3. Only applicable for arrival dates from 1st May 2026 to 14th Dec 2026.
  4. Offer is only available for new bookings made between 10:00 9th February 2026 and 23:59 10 March 2026. 
  5. Available on all accommodation types, except Spa Suites. 
  6. Offer is valid for up to 3 accommodation units booked at the same time under the same booking reference.
  7. Offer is valid for UK villages only. Not applicable to Spa Break bookings or Longford Forest, Ireland bookings.
  8. The Offer Consists of (i) £40 saving per unit of accommodation up to a maximum of 3 units of accommodation, if booked under the same booking reference. The saving will be applied to the full balance of the break but not the deposit amount payable and (ii) One free amendment for any changes made more than 7 days before your arrival date.  Any subsequent amendments or amendments made within 7 days of arrival, will be subject to the amendment charges listed in the booking terms and conditions.
  9. Offer cannot be transferred to an existing booking or used in conjunction with any other offer including the Come Back Soon offer. Not re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
  10. If any offer conditions are not met Center Parcs reserves the right to change or cancel your booking immediately.
  11. The prices shown on our website or in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
