We've made some changes

The Subtropical Swimming Paradise is open, with all rides and slides now running as normal and our wave machine is back.

To ensure the Subtropical Swimming Paradise is a safe place to splash and swim, access will continue to be via pre-bookable slots. This video explains the measures we’re keeping in place, to give you:

  • Shorter queues for our rides and slides
  • More space to find the perfect poolside seating
  • Children’s water play areas that are less busy
  • Less crowded changing rooms

2 hour pre-bookable sessions are limited to, 3 for a 3 night break, 4 for a 4 night break and 7 for a 7 night break.

From 4 October 2021 pre-bookable sessions remain but the duration will increase to 3 hour pre-bookable sessions

Turn up and swim with no need to book, will also be available between 6pm-9pm.

Why are we keeping pool slots?

In line with our responsibility to do our best to keep everyone as safe as possible, access to our Subtropical Swimming Paradise will continue to be via pre-bookable slots. This is to help us manage capacity. We are planning to increase the number of pool slots once we feel it is safe to do so. We are then hoping to increase swim slots further and also add an extra evening ‘turn up and swim’ session to provide additional flexibility. We will keep you informed on when these extra slots become available.

All guests with an arrival date up to 18 April 2022 are covered by our Book with Confidence Guarantee and will have the option to reschedule or cancel with a full refund 11 weeks before arrival.
