Great family holiday

"Amazing stay as ever. Took our children for the first time and they loved it. Amazing memories. Also the park has had a lot of investment since I last visited. It’s great to see what has continued as ever.

The new renovated swimming pool and added children’s pool was great. Perfect for the little ones.

"Went there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We have two children - 5 and 8 years old and we also had our parents with us. What an amazing family experience! The swimming facilities and the huge number of water-based activities were thoroughly enjoyed by use. You don't have a dull moment in this perfect holiday destination!"

Great family holiday

"We stayed in one of the fantastic treehouses to celebrate a big birthday and was not disappointed with the luxurious accommodation which had everything you needed so literally a home from home. It was so clean and comfy and spacious.

The games room and hot tub was used continuously which was great for family fun and no need for Tv or devices all week. We explored the park every day enjoying crazy golf and badminton and not forgetting the amazing pool area and walks around the lake .

The Aqua Sana spa was a real treat and so relaxing.

Would also like to say a big thank you for the complimentary birthday cake/ chocolates and bottle of bubbly which was in our lodge on arrival. Will definitely return for another 5 star experience."

Family magical experience

"What a wonderful magical place. So peaceful and set in the midst of a nature wonderland and yet there is so much to do for people of all ages.

Facilities are amazing and all the staff couldn't be more helpful. There's a subtropical swimming paradise that is second to none, shops, restaurants, a spa, woods, lake and a beach. Highly recommend whether you are 2 or 82."

Worth every penny

"We had a fantastic long weekend with our children. We stayed in one of the older 2 bedroom lodges and it was perfect for us, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were on the edge of the forest and we were visited by deer and ducks which was magical.

The pool is excellent and we spent loads of time there, the changing rooms were very clean & all the staff were lovely. We booked kayaking and night golf which was enough for us together with the pool.

We will definitely be back as there is so much more to do and our young teens loved it."

Fab family weekend

"We had a lovely family weekend. We stayed during the 'Forest Lights' period and everywhere looked fabulous after dark. Pool brilliant and kept toddler amused for ages. The mini ropes were a lovely activity for the wee one. We all enjoyed cycling around the village and the daily visits to our patio by the muntjac deer was a highlight. We'll be back!"

The perfect family escape

"Second visit with a family group from 12 to 78 years including family member reliant on mobility scooter. We had a wonderful time. There is so much to do and the lodge in Birch was so relaxing looking into the Forest and being visited by geese with goslings, deet etc.

The pool is fantastic. My son and I dared go on the cyclone again loved it. Also both did the Aerial adventure with zip line over the lake which was a real adrenaline rush adventure. My mum was always picked up and transported to the carpark when we did outings. The staff here were all so incredibly friendly and helpful and always had a smile and solution for any problems. When mum got lost in the evening on the scooter one accompanied her slowly alongside until she got home safely.

We are already planning next year's visit and will bring friends. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

Fantastic fun filled family break

"We all had a wonderful holiday, our ages ranged from 63 years down to two years and there really was something for everyone, baby ballerina, Little dolphins and toddler football for my granddaughter and oh course lots of fun in the swimming pools, for the adults; kayaking and badminton along with swimming, walking in the beautiful woodlands and eating out at different restaurants in the evenings.

Our accommodation was clean, stocked with everything that we needed with lots of room to move around. The parc market was handy and had everything we needed, and we all enjoyed the Starbucks! I would recommend Center parcs to anyone wanting to get together with friends and family for a relaxing and funfilled break. I have already booked for next year x"

Great family holiday

"We booked 3 3-bedroom lodges for our family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. Check-in for everyone was very straightforward and problem free. Some of our party arrived earlier to enjoy the swimming before the lodges were ready.

The lodges were all pristine, warm and welcoming. Sometimes the central heating was so efficient that we had to open the windows, which only open partway for security - a good design. There were small supplies of essentials such as a few teabags, coffee pods, a sachet of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. You can always buy more supplies from the on-site shop, or bring some yourself from home.

It was really great to be able to have the 3 lodges next door to each other, making it very easy for family members to mingle.

"As a young family with a 2 year old, it’s faultless! I was worried because we only live 30 minutes away- that it wouldn’t feel like a “holiday” but wow was I wrong!!!
The minute you arrived it felt like a completely secluded new place. My husband was saying he felt like he was abroad.

On arrival the ladies in the check in desk were friendly and welcoming. They explained everything I needed to know and automatically felt at ease. The lodge- wow. Beautiful!! It was modern, clean, tidy and had everything we needed!

The maintenance staff of the lodge were helpful and quickly brought a bed for our toddler without any issues and were more than happy to help us!
The restaurants were great, pancake house and hucks even had indoor play areas which was great for keeping my little one entertained between wait for food. (Not that there was a wait!) Every single worker we met was fautless and really made our stay enjoyable.

Engaging activities for our toddler; swimming was fantastic too so we were never left wondering what to do next. (We wish we had stayed for 7 nights). The private sauna in our three bed executive lodge was a beautiful edition to the lodge.

I think it was great value for money actually. The supermarket too was lovely and had everything you could need should you want extra snacks food; or have forgotten anything."

Weekend away

"Literally had the best time, we went for a girlie holiday group of 9 of us for my mums 60th and we couldn't fault it. Lodges were lovely and spotless. ALL staff were so friendly and polite and nothing felt like too much trouble. As a group with an age range we did so many different activities between us. But what is great is there is something for everyone and you can take and do as little or as much as you want to, it caters for everyone.

All facilities were great. And swimming, well we had so much fun. We loved it so much, we are booking for the one for next year already."
