Changes to our lodge names

Following guest feedback, we've made some changes to our lodge names. Guests felt the name 'Executive' didn't sound family friendly, was too similar to 'Exclusive' and didn't reflect the Center Parcs experience. So we're pleased to introduce a new name: Forest Lodge

Can I park outside my lodge?

You can park outside your lodge on arrival day to unload your belongings. After that, cars must be returned to the main car park by 10pm. This policy helps keep the village traffic-free and peaceful for all guests during their stay.

What time do I have to check out of my lodge?

Center Parcs lodge check-out time is 10am. After check-out, access to Center Parcs villages is available until midnight, but cars must be returned to the main car park after loading luggage. Before leaving, the lodge should be left in a reasonable condition, including starting the dishwasher and taking waste to the appropriate bins and recycling points.

Can I bring my pets?

Dogs are only allowed in designated dog-friendly lodges at Center Parcs, but they must be booked in advance. Other types of pets are not permitted. Further information about dog-friendly accommodation is available on the Center Parcs website.

What's included in my break at Center Parcs?

A Center Parcs break includes free, unlimited access to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, up to 400 acres of woodland to explore, sandy beach, adventure playgrounds, soft play areas, and miles of paths for walking or cycling. These features are available to all guests at no extra cost during their stay.

Do you pay per person or per lodge at Center Parcs?

You pay per lodge at Center Parcs, not per person. Each lodge has a maximum occupancy depending on its size, with up to eight guests in a four-bedroom lodge.

Do the lodges come with Wi-Fi?

Yes, Center Parcs lodges include complimentary Wi-Fi. Free Friendly Wi-Fi is also available throughout the village, including main facilities and restaurants.

Do the lodges have shaver plugs in the bathroom?

Yes, all Center Parcs lodges are equipped with shaver plugs in the bathrooms.

Do I get a daily housekeeping service?

No, Center Parcs does not provide a daily housekeeping service during short breaks. Lodges are cleaned thoroughly before arrival and after departure.

Do we get a change of towels?

No, towels are not replaced during your short break at Center Parcs. Guests can request additional towels at an extra cost by contacting Guest Services during their stay.

Are the lodges baby friendly?

Yes, Center Parcs lodges are baby-friendly. Each lodge includes a cot (bring your own cot linen), a highchair, and extra storage for a pushchair.

What are my other options apart from lodges?

Apart from lodges, guests can book a holiday apartment, a hotel room, or a Treehouse at Center Parcs. Apartments are available at all villages, hotel rooms are available at Woburn Forest, and Treehouses are available at UK villages.
