A great way to tone up and burn fat. This energetic workout helps to improve coordination, timing and balance. It incorporates upper and lower body work and includes the use of pads and gloves. Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance, support and encouragement. This class is loads of fun and is suitable for beginners and experts.
