First Aid
Qualified First Aid provision for guests is available in all areas of the village.
The First Aid Centre is staffed during the day by qualified First Aid & Emergency Technicians, and a medical vehicle is available for use by them for emergency call outs.
Security Colleagues provide 24hour First Aid cover. Emergency contact details are provided in the Safety Guide, and Guest Directory.
All Center Parcs colleagues are aware of how to request first aid provision if they are not qualified first aiders themselves.
Defibrillators
Defibrillators are available in Central Building locations, including the First Aid Centre, STSP, Foresters, and Security.
Colleagues in these areas are trained in their use. For exact locations or further information, please contact our management team, who will be happy to provide guidance and reassurance.
We have a publicly accessible defibrillator on-site to support the safety of all guests and colleagues. The devices are clearly located on the outside wall of the First Aid Centre opposite Guest Services and on a post opposite the entrance to Foresters near Aqua Sana, The Breckland Apartments and The Golf Course. These are available 24/7.
Anaphylaxis Kitt
We recognise that allergic reactions can be life‑threatening and may affect anyone, at any time. That’s why we have partnered with Kitt Medical, provider of the Anaphylaxis Kitt to have a wall‑mounted, clearly visible emergency kit containing adrenaline auto‑injectors, in our First Aid Centre and with Security. Then in two locations with public access at Foresters and in the Village Square.
