Guest Services
Guest Services is located at the entrance to the Village Square.
There is a Center Parcs Mobility vehicle drop off point close to the Village Square entrance.
The nearest Cycle Park is situated next to the Guest Services.
The main entrance has push button opening electric double sliding doors leading into the building, which has lowered desks.

Toilets are located opposite to the Guest Services building next to The First Aid Centre this includes
Induction Hearing Loops
A portable Induction loop is available for use within Guest Services and can be used in other units if required. Please ask for full details.
Services
The Services provided or can be requested at Guest Services are:
Defgard alarm - Pillow vibrating alarm & strobe light
Stair gates
Extra towels
Extra linen
Extra kitchen equipment
Rubber nonslip bathmats
Bed guards
These are supplied on a first come first served basis, although we have made every effort to ensure that supply is in keeping with demand. Prior notification would be appreciated.
Wheelchairs, pushchairs and mobility scooters can be hired from the Cycle Centre pre-arrival on a first come first served basis.
