Welcome Centre and Lost Property
The Welcome Centre is located on the main route into the village next to the Car Park. Accessible car parking spaces are located at the point of pedestrian exit from the car park near to The Welcome Centre.
Bicycles can be locked outside the Cycle Centre next door.
It can be accessed in two ways, through the double doors at the front of the building or through the guest toilets at the back of the building.
There is a slight lip into the building through the double doors but are wide enough to fit a wheelchair
Toilets
The toilets include an accessible toilet and a baby changing facility. The nearest Changing Places is in the Village Centre by The First Aid Centre a 5-10 minute walk away.
Opening Hours
Guest Services are available in the Welcome Centre on Mondays and Fridays, while Lost Property are there 7 days a week.
Counter
There is a lowered desk staff will move to accommodate the needs of the guest if the counter impedes service provision.
