This is situated in a stand-alone building at the bottom of the boardwalk close to the Jardin des Sports.
Level access is provided via a single manually operated door at the entrance.
A lowered counter is provided in the lobby.
Accessible toilets are provided within this facility.
All internal areas of the facility are accessible.
Guest with special needs can be accommodated in most sessions, including guests who require supervision in addition to the usual ratios prescribed by OFSTED. If additional supervision is required over and above the OFSTED prescribed ratios, at least 48hours notice is required to arrange this where reasonably possible.
Some toys and activities particularly suited to children with particular disabilities are available. Please contact the Guests Services Helpline if you wish to establish if particular items are available.
The garden to the Activity Den is level and grass covered.
