Guest Services is located next to the Parc Market within the Plaza.
Access from the Land Train and Mobility vehicle stop is down a slope.
The closest bike park is situated in front of the Plaza, where there is parking for adapted vehicles if required.
The main entrance is fitted with two sets of doors, the first doors and one set of the second doors being automatic.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are available in the Plaza next to the entrance into Café Rouge restaurant.
Induction Hearing Loops
A portable Induction loop is available for use within Guest Services and can be used in other units within the Plaza if required.

The Services provided or can be requested at Guest Services are:
Deafgard alarm- Pillow vibrating alarm devices: These are supplied on a first come first served basis, although we have made every effort to ensure that supply is in keeping with demand. Prior notification would be appreciated.

Wheelchairs and pushchairs can be requested from the Cycle Centre.
