Bella Italia

Bella Italia is a seated service restaurant. Ramped access to Bella Italia is available close to the entrance to the village square closest to the lake. Otherwise access is via a short flight of 6 steps with a handrail.

Entrance

Entrance is through two sets of manually operated doors. The restaurant is accessible to guests in wheelchairs with the exception of approximately 20% of the internal the seating which is accessed by two steps with handrail. An assessment has been made of the locations in the restaurant with best accessibility for the seating of guests using wheelchairs, please ask staff for details. However, every reasonable effort will be made to seat you in any location you request. The patio can be accessed for approximately 40% of the outside seating area.

Lighting

Lighting in the restaurant is subdued, particularly in the evening. Alternative arrangements can be made to view menus if necessary.

Toilet

A toilet with all the facilities provided within an accessible toilet is available within the restaurant. However, whilst larger than a standard toilet cubicle, space is somewhat restricted. Fully accessible toilets are located at the Pool entrance or in Hucks restaurant. In the event of a fire alarm, staff are regularly trained to provide assistance in evacuation and to provide direction on the best means of exit. Please alert staff on arrival if you believe you may need assistance in the event of a fire alarm.
