Conference facilities – The Ullswater and Buttermere Suites

Location

The Ullswater and Buttermere suites are located within the Administration Building. Full directions will be provided at the time of boking. Accessible parking (one space) is provided within the administration building car park, next to the main entrance.

Should further parking be required there are accessible parking spaces within the main car park by the Cycle Centre. The onsite Mobility vehicle can be made available to transport guests from the main car park to the conference facilities.

Entrance

A brick paved path leads from the car park to the main entrance. Access to the suites is through manually operated double doors through the main entrance to the Administration Building and then through another set of manually operated double doors into an internal corridor, the Ullswater suite is then accessed through a set of manually operated double doors. The Buttermere suite can be accessed by going through the Ullswater suite or via an external door with a raised lip of 5cm, along a short level external pathway and then through a single opening door with a raised lip of 5cm into the suite. Should wheelchair access be required, internal access via the Ullswater Suite can be arranged.

Lighting

Lighting in the conference suites is to daylight standard. Toilets An accessible toilet is available next to the conference rooms.

Hearing Loop

An Induction hearing loop is available if required. Please advise us at the time of booking.
