Entrance to the Entertainment Hive is via a ramp from ground level in the Village Centre.

The doors into the Entertainment Hive are double opening doors.

Accessible toilets are available just outside The Entertainment Hive to the right of the entrance. A Changing Place is available just outside of the main doors.

Lighting in the Venue is low, but includes bright, flashing lights that could potentially trigger those with epilepsy.

Center Parcs colleagues will provide reasonable assistance to provide service at the bar or booking point when necessary.

The seating throughout the Venue has flat access. There are ramps throughout the Venue that provide access to all areas.

Visibility / ability to play certain machines may be restricted from a wheelchair.

A Portable hearing loop is available on request.
