First Aid Centre

The First Aid Centre is located to the side of the Cycle Hire centre and the main car park. It is easily reached on foot or by vehicle. The route to the First Aid Centre is signposted.

The First Aid Centre has level wheelchair access via a ramp.

The waiting area has turning space for a wheelchair. A high seated chair is available if required. The consulting / treatment rooms have level access.

The First Aid Centre has an accessible toilet.

A portable Induction Hearing Loop is available if required.

First Aid

Qualified First Aid provision for guests is available in all areas of the village.

The First Aid Centre operates between 0900-1700 and is staffed by a First Aid Emergency technician, a vehicle is available for use by them for emergency call outs. A First Aid Emergency technician is also available for Emergencies between 1700-2100.

Security staff provide 24hour First Aid cover.

All of our staff are aware of how to request first aid provision if they are not qualified first aiders themselves.

Medication

Please be aware that the First Aid Centre are unable to administer or provide medication.

Defibrillators

Defibrillators are available in Central Building locations and staff in those areas are trained in their use. Should you wish for further details, our management team will be able to provide details of their exact locations to reassure you.
