1. The Center Parcs UK & Ireland ‘’12 Days of Christmas’’ (the Promotion) is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Center Parcs (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To take part in the Promotion, like the post, share the post to your stories and follow @centerparcsuk or @centerparcsie. There is also a requirement to tag someone or to answer a question in the comments - this requirement differs for each of the 12 days.
3. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4. The Promotion opens on Monday 1st December at 7pm. The Promotion will close at 7pm on Saturday 13th December 2025. In this instance, the period from 1st – 13th December inclusive, will be known as the “Promotion Period”. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
5. There will be 12 prize winners, one for each day, who will be selected randomly from participants.
6. There are 12 prizes in total for each day of the competition.
Day 1: Two bikes provided by Sports Directory. The winner can choose two of the following, or one of each, Pinnacle Ash 20 Inch Kids Bike and Pinnacle Aspen 24 Inch Bike Junior. Delivery will be included in the prize, details will be shared with Sports Directory for delivery purposes only.
Day 2: Forest Spa Day for two at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am - 5pm, lunch in Vitalé, a complimentary robe and towel hire and free spa wellbeing sessions.
Day 3: 1 Day pass at Center Parcs for 6 people. Access to a Center Parcs village of your choice for one day. This prize does not include any activities or additional expenses while on the day pass.
Day 4: 1 x £250 Center Parcs gift voucher. The prize will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Day 5: 1x Big Table Group £250 voucher. The winner will receive a £250 Big Table Group voucher which can be used at Banana Tree, Bella Italia, Las Iguanas, Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito, Cost to Coast, Est, Filling Station, Café Rouge. The gift voucher is valid until Saturday 21st November 2026.
Day 6: The Magic of Pro-Collagen Elemis gift set. The gift set includes Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm 100g, Pro-Collagen Energising Marine Cleanser 150ml, Pro-Collagen Future Restore Serum 15ml, Pro-Collagen Marine Cream 100ml, Pro-Collagen Night Cream 30ml.
Day 7: 1 x £250 Joules gift voucher. The winner will receive 1 Joules e-gift voucher for the value of £250, to spend online or in any Joules stores.
Day 8: a Center Parcs merch hamper. The winner will receive a hamper of Center Parcs merchandise including a teddy bear, water bottle, cookies, lanyard, pin badge, playing cards, pen, tote bag, hanging decoration, candle.
Day 9: 2x Adult and 2x child email gift tickets to Woburn Safari Park. The winner will receive 4 tickets to Woburn Safari Park sent by email and are valid for entry to the park for 365 days after the purchase date.
Day 10: 1 x £500 Center Parcs gift voucher. The prize will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Day 11: Twilight Spa Escape and treatment for two at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. The Twilight Spa Escape includes access to the spa from 4pm - 8pm, an antipasti platter and glass of prosecco in Vitalé, complimentary towel and robe hire and free spa wellbeing sessions. With any 50-minute treatment of your choice, subject to availability.
Day 12: a four night mid-week or three night weekend break for up to 6 people in a three bedroom Woodland Lodge at your choice of UK or Ireland Center Parcs villages. The winner will be able to select break dates between Friday 6th November 2026 - Friday 19th February 2027 subject to availability.
7. The prizes do not include travel expenses or insurance.
8. The winners will be contacted by direct message from @centerparcsuk by Friday 19th December 2025. The winners must respond to notification of their prize by 12:00pm on Friday 2nd January 2026. Failure to respond in that time will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoters reserves the right to select a new winner, in these circumstances.
10. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material free of charge.
11. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party.
12. The name of the winners are available on request.
13. Automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified. Any incomplete, corrupted or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions, will be rejected. Any entries from participants, who we reasonably believe have acted unfairly, will be disqualified.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it deems to be suspicious or achieved through manipulation of the promotion or any of the platforms that it is made available through.
15. The prizes are not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
17. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

20. No social media website (such as Facebook, Instagram, X or any other such website) are sponsors of the Promotion and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion.
21. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.
