Welcome to the Center Parcs Guest Wi-Fi network (“the Service”). Before connecting to the Service, please read these terms and conditions carefully (the “Terms”).

These Terms along with our Privacy Policy make up the terms and conditions for use of the Service. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time, so we recommend that you review these regularly. The terms “we”, “our” and “us” when used in these Terms means Center Parcs. The terms “you”, “your”, “yours”, when used in these Terms means you as a user of the Service as the context requires.

By clicking the “Connect to the Internet” button you confirm that you accept these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to all the terms.  If at any time you do not agree to any of these Terms, or find them unacceptable, you must immediately cease all use of this Service.

  1. Using the Service The Service is a free service. You can continue to use the Service free of charge as long as you continue to accept our Terms. You can connect to the Service using a compatible phone or computer device with wireless LAN. We do not guarantee that the Service is compatible with all hardware types and devices or guarantee device connectivity. By proceeding to use the Service, you acknowledge that Center Parcs will process personal data relating to you in order to provide access to the Service, to monitor and improve the Service and to prevent unauthorised use of the Service. Details of how and why Center Parcs uses your personal data are set out in Center Parcs’ Privacy Notice. For further information on how your personal data is used or for any questions regarding the use of your personal data, please contact Center Parcs via email using [email protected]. The Service is intended for browsing the internet and using apps. We are not responsible for the content of websites you visit while using the Service. We may at our sole discretion restrict access to certain features and websites. To help prevent children accessing inappropriate content, Center Parcs have teamed up with the Friendly Wi-Fi scheme to help reduce the availability of illegal and legal content considered inappropriate for children. Whilst we do everything we can to prevent this content being accessed, we do advise Parents and Guardians to use supervision when children consume online content over our service. The filtering solution has been configured to prevent access to only those sites that are classified as either illegal or containing pornography. It is important to note that the filtering will limit access to pornography but will not block certain content such as pornographic pictures and content that appear within social media sites.   2. Reliability We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and we may suspend the service at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. The Service is not a secure network and we are not responsible for the security of the information and data which you transmit using the Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information or data obtained from the internet using the Service.
  3. How we use your information By using the Service you agree that your device details will be stored. Details of how and why Center Parcs uses your personal data are set out in Center Parcs’ Privacy Notice. Any activity you undertake on the Service network will be logged against your device details. We use that data to monitor compliance with these Terms, to prevent and detect crime and to monitor usage of Service. We reserve the right to report on any activity undertaken on the Service and where necessary restrict or block access to a person, account, website or device.
  4. Our liability to you Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. We shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising for: loss of income or revenue, loss of business,  loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity or goodwill, loss of, damage to, or corruption, of data, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind. 
  5. What you must not do on the Service You agree not to: Use the Service for any unlawful or illegal purpose,  Use the service for any purpose that is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive, malicious or harmful in nature or in any way which is considered discriminatory or harassment,  Make any use of the Service which causes the whole or part of the Service to be interrupted, damaged, made less efficient, or impair the effectiveness or functionality of The Service in anyway, Use the Service for sending or posting any computer viruses or any other harmful code, or any material which is defamatory, offensive or obscene, or Use the Service in a way which infringes the rights of any person (whether in breach of confidentiality or intellectual property rights or otherwise), We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service, without advance notice, if we reasonably believe that you are misusing the Service or are otherwise in breach of these Terms. 
  6.  Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, losses or damages (including legal fees) costs and other expenses, however caused, that may arise as a result of or in connection with inappropriate or unauthorised access to the Service by you and/or breach by you of any of these Terms.
  7. Governing law These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
