1. This offer can be redeemed by entering the code Maisie50 into the offer code box on the payment page.

2. The offer code is valid for the first 100 qualifying bookings only, subject to availability or up to 23:59 on 24 July 2026 whichever occurs first. Once the limit is reached, the offer with no longer be available. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. 

3. The offer is valid for any arrival dates.

4. The offer consists of: 

a. A £50 saving per unit of accommodation, applicable to a maximum of three units per booking reference.

b. The discount applies to the remaining balance only and does not reduce the deposit payable.

5. The offer must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.

6. Each unique code may be used once only. If a booking made using the code is cancelled, the code will become invalid and cannot be reused.

7. This offer codes may be used once per customer/booking, is not for resale, and may be withdrawn if misused.

8. The offer is valid on all accommodation types at UK villages only, excluding:

a. Spa Suite bookings

b. Spa Break bookings

c. Longford Forest, Ireland

9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, transferred to an existing booking, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
