How to cancel activities at Center Parcs

If you need to cancel your activities, restaurant reservations, spa session or treatments and any extras you can do this within your itinerary.

To be able to cancel the activity it needs to have been booked and paid for by yourself on our website and the start time cannot be in the past. You need to cancel each item separately and the money will be refunded to the original card used for payment.

If you booked your activities via our Contact Centre you will need to get back in touch with one of our team to process all refunds on 03448 267723.

 

Follow these simple steps to process each cancellation online:

Step 1: Login to access your account
Step 2: Choose My Itinerary within My Booking
Step 3: Select each item in turn, you will then see a ‘cancel’ button at the bottom of the details page*
Step 4: Click on the green refund button
Step 5: That’s it - you should now see a confirmation screen (please note that you won’t receive a confirmation email)

If cancelling within 72 hours of the start time you will only be entitled to a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours before the activity start time, a 100% cancellation charge will apply and no refunds will be made. Please get in touch by calling our Contact Centre if you have any queries.

If you are cancelling your entire break due to the current situation you need to cancel all of your activities, restaurant reservations, spa session or treatments and any extras before a refund for your accommodation can be processed.

 

*If this button is inactive:

  • The activity, restaurant or spa booking may have been booked by one of your companions, they will need to login and follow the above steps themselves
  • The booking(s) were made via our Contact Centre (you won’t be able to cancel your activities online)
  • The start time is in the past
