What’s changed?

Let yourself reconnect mind and body with nature. At Aqua Sana Spa you can still expect to leave feeling radiant, refreshed and revitalised, with our usual award-winning experience. However here are a few changes to notice:

Let us know you’re coming

To help us keep within social distancing guidelines you will need to pre-book your spa visits online. This is to reduce the number of people arriving at any given time and means we can no longer accept walk-in bookings at our reception desk. It also means your arrival will be calm and quick, a perfect start to your spa escape.

Spa with confidence

You’ll notice that our therapist uniforms have changed, taking the necessary steps to keep you safe. Enhanced cleaning procedures have been put in place to thoroughly sanitise areas and equipment. To give you peace of mind while you relax and unwind. We recommend you bring a face covering with you too.

We look forward to welcoming you back into Aqua Sana Spa.

A fresh start - our reduced treatment menu

Working with our renowned product houses Elemis and Decléor we have a new reduced treatment menu, but you can still expect to see many of your old favourites. We have amended our treatment times to allow extra time for cleaning too.

A smooth arrival

To help speed things up, it’s best to arrive already wearing swimwear under your clothes. You will be allocated a changing room space away from others with the help of our new Changing Room Hosts. Showers and hair dryers won’t be available.

If you book a treatment, you can also change in the privacy of your own treatment room.

Top-up on your favourite skincare

Our Boutique will be open and ready for you to restock on all your favourite products from Elemis, Decléor, OPI and Mii. We ask that you use cashless payments only, like card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
