To help us keep within social distancing guidelines you will need to pre-book your spa visits online. This is to reduce the number of people arriving at any given time and means we can no longer accept walk-in bookings at our reception desk. It also means your arrival will be calm and quick, a perfect start to your spa escape.
On arrival we’ll check your temperature and we will also be checking our colleague’s temperatures at the start of their shifts too. You’ll notice that our therapist uniforms have changed, taking the necessary steps to keep you safe, and enhanced cleaning procedures have been put in place to thoroughly sanitise areas and equipment. All to help give you peace of mind while you relax and unwind.
A fresh start - our reduced treatment menu
Working with our renowned product houses Elemis and Decléor we have a new reduced treatment menu, but you can still expect to see many of your old favourites. We have amended our treatment times to allow extra time for cleaning too.
To help speed things up, it’s best to arrive already wearing swimwear under your clothes. Before and after your treatment, you can change in the privacy of your own treatment room. Showers and hair dryers won’t be available.
When you arrive at our spa you will be gifted a bag to store your robe and towel while you relax.
By keeping the bag with you while you enjoy our spa experiences you will be helping to keep our spa clean. Even better, the bag is yours to keep when you leave.
Our robes and towels are complimentary hire but you will need to return those at the end of your session.
Top-up on your favourite skincare
Our Boutique will be open and ready for you to restock on all your favourite products from Elemis, Decléor, OPI and Mii. We ask that you use cashless payments only, like card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
