"Have visited Whinfell many times now and have yet to be disappointed. Yes it’s expensive but in our experience you get what you pay for. My husband and son did the Segway experience and said it was excellent, they guy taking it was fantastic with our son who was very nervous to begin with but was leading the pack by the end.
I visited the spa which was just beautiful the 3 hours went by so fast, nothing was any bother. Svetlana gave us a skincare demonstration with Elemis products, she was very knowledgeable and kind.
We ate at the sports bar, lakeside, Bella Italia and the pancake house. There were no complaints at all. We visited Bella Italia on Halloween and it was fab to see all the staff dressed up.
Service the whole weekend was spot on.
We stayed 84 Seven pines. Which was buzzing with squirrels!! We have never seen so many at once, they have no fear of people and got quite close at times, which was lovely.
"I cannot fault our recent visit on any level. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the park is kept clean and well maintained not a piece of litter or a leaf out of place. The swimming pool was immaculate and the changing facilities exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and condition. We’ve had fantastic dining experiences across the park (Bev at the pancake house was amazing). No challenges with last minute changes to our reservation timings, met some of the housekeeping team by chance (Janette & Jo) who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our villa was immaculate and well equipped, we even had our own personal trio of friendly geese that pretty much stayed with us throughout :). Worth every penny."
"Our first time at Center Parc and it was wonderful! Absolutely beautiful location. The lodge was spotlessly clean and felt roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool (fab slides!) and recommend treating yourself to the spa at Aqua Sana - the highlight of our stay. We also did forest archery and can’t recommend it enough. Booking slots for pool, activities and restaurants was stressful. Highly recommend doing that in advance, on day one of the booking system opening (4 weeks before going). We will definitely be going again!"

"We had an absolutely amazing mid-week break! Every time we visit we see something new and this time we saw an owl, beautiful!!! We stayed in villa 61 and the wildlife at the back was amazing, we had squirrels and jays visiting daily, they didn’t mind us having a bbq or the hot tub bubbling away. The villa was lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable, the boys loved the pool table in the games room!! Definitely visiting again and definitely staying in the same villa, well worth every penny!!"
"Fantastic family adventure break for my wife and I and our two boys ages 1 and 3
This was our second time to CP after visiting Woburn a couple of years ago. Woburn was great but Elveden will be our place of choice for future breaks due to the layout and flatness of the site.
We have had a brilliant time at Elveden, everything from our lodge to the activities for the little ones has been great, we hired bikes out too which I would recommend for carting the little ones about.
We were non stop from the moment we got to the site and did not want to leave.
Despite everything we did, when I asked my 3 year old what his favourite bit was he said it was feeding the wildlife and seeing the deer outside our lodge. I guess it’s all about the little things, and center parcs does that better than anyone."

"Just returned from Center Parcs at Elvenden oh my we had a brilliant time, it was our 4th visit you can't beat living in the forest with all the animals the peace and quiet and relaxed atmosphere is so good for the soul.
We have been twice during the pandemic and i personally think that you have done a brilliant job. We felt very safe. We preferred having to book the pool slots as its not so crowded and you can use all the facilities safely.
Loved Aqua Sans what a brilliant place, the 3 hours flew past felt so happy and relaxed when we walked back to our accommodation.
This time we took our 5 month old pup, she was in her element and was such a good girl, no issues at all.
Such a choice of things to do, and an easy booking system. We found the staff at Elvenden excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Thanks to everyone, we look forward to returning in 2022."
"We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at Centre Parcs, Woburn during October half term.
An action packed weekend gave us precious time together. A great escape for us from usual routine at home and the kids weren't tempted to be on their screens at any point - we all just enjoyed plenty of healthy fun indoors and outdoors and lots of lovely meals as well.
Everything was very well maintained and extremely clean. There was a great choice of restuarants as well."
Fab Family Fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"We’ve been visiting CP for over 20 years as a family and this last visit did not disappoint - perhaps even more special given the ongoing uncertainty around travel. It was our first visit to Woburn and our expectations were more than met - Sherwood and Whinfell are our more regular locations (both great). Having read other reviews I did worry about it being too ‘hilly’ - yes there are inclines but not long or too steep (unlike Longleat!), part of the CP experience (for us) is walking and getting a few more steps in than usual so we enjoyed that it’s not flat. I was pleased we didn’t hire bikes this time - it’s not a massive park and I think we would have spent more time locking the the bikes up than riding them from A to B.
The pool complex is great, lovely and warm, lots of seating and changing! The raft slides are proper good and a good selection of other things to do - the 3h slot will fly by, can’t comment on the small kid stuff as ours are 12+.
We ate out; Pancake House, Las Iguanas, Cafe Rouge, Amalfi, Starbucks, Hucks - all food was good, service was also good. Some places ask you to order via app which is a bit of a faff but it does work and they will take your order if needed. A few supply issues in the restaurants, which we sort of expected with everything that’s going on in the country, but all the menus have a lot of choice so wasn’t a problem making a second choice and certainly not the waiting staffs fault, all we’re doing a great job. Parc Market was fully stocked with everything you could need.
We stayed in 758 (3 bed executive) great location, clean, warm, well appointed as you’d expect. Beds are comfy. We prefer to visit in autumn/winter as it means you can use the log burner and toast marshmallows and get cosy in the lodge!
Lots of activities; electric boats, Aqua Sana spa session, pottery painting, squash, badminton and our absolute top activity ‘Escape from the Forest’ - escape room game, just brilliant family fun!
Yes it’s expensive - but isn’t everything these days - for us it is worth every penny as our visits over the years have allowed us to spend some amazing weekends making memories as a family and we always relax and unwind."
