Elveden Forest and the surrounding area is steeped in Anglo-Saxon history, taking inspiration from this and the natural landscape around us, we have created the Tree of Life Ritual or Trēow of Life in Old English. With an energising body massage using rhythmic and invigorating movements combined with grounding techniques to release and let go of any negative energy, followed by an uplifting facial, you will leave feeling revived, rebalanced and refreshed.
We require all guests to complete a health and safety form when having a treatment, please complete this ahead of arrival.
