Assistance for Hearing Impaired Guests

We have a variety of equipment for loan should you require this during your stay:
Deafgard alarm to link to the smoke detectors in your accommodation (includes a strobe light and vibrating pad)
Hearing loops
Please contact us in advance if you wish to borrow any equipment.
Should you require a BSL interpreter during your stay, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. The organisations we work with do ask for 14 days’ notice to ensure that we can meet your requirements. Please contact us to arrange.
