The Guest Services desk is located within Village Centre next to the Activity Den. Guest Services is open from 08:00 – 22:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and from 09:00 – 21:00 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
The entrance is accessed via an automatic door, with sufficient room for wheelchair access.
The area has space for a wheelchair; however, the area may become congested when busy.
A Portable Induction Hearing Loop is available.
There is no toilet within Guest Services. Closest accessible toilets are located next to the Bella Italia Restaurant.
The mobility Minibus can be booked at Guest Services or by dialling 01768 893000.
