Vodafone and EE generally offer good mobile phone coverage across the village. However, as our villages are set within acres of natural forest, signal strength can vary depending on your location, surrounding trees and the landscape.
Coverage from other mobile networks may be more limited, and you may experience areas of weaker signal around the Village Centre and elsewhere in the forest.
If you need a reliable connection during your break, we recommend connecting to our free guest Wi-Fi where mobile signal is limited.
Free Wi-Fi at Center Parcs
Free Friendly Wi-Fi is available for guests across the village, making it easy to stay connected from your accommodation and while you're out exploring.
Our village Wi-Fi has been upgraded to provide improved bandwidth across the guest network. You can use it to browse online, keep in touch and access useful information during your break.
Can I use Wi-Fi calling?
If Wi-Fi calling is supported by your mobile network and device, you can use the free Friendly Wi-Fi network to make and receive calls when connected.
This can be particularly useful in parts of the forest where mobile coverage is weaker. Wi-Fi calling availability and performance will depend on your device, network provider and connection.
