First Aid Centre

The First Aid Centre is sited in the Village Square North Building next to Café Rouge. It has level access through double opening doors.

The waiting area has turning space for a wheelchair, however, if the area is busy space will be limited.

There is level access from the waiting room to both consulting rooms.

A portable Induction Hearing Loop is available.

The toilet within this building is accessible.

First Aid Provision

Qualified First Aid provision for guests is available in all areas of the village.

The First Aid Centre is staffed operated during the day between 9am and 5pm by qualified staff, First Aid Technicians and are available for emergency call outs until 9pm. Our Security staff team also provide 24hour First Aid cover.

All of our staff Center Parcs colleagues are aware of how to request first aid provision if they are not qualified first aiders themselves.

Medication

Please be aware that the First Aid Centre are unable to administer or provide medication.

Defibrillators

Defibrillators are available in Security & First Aid Response vehicles, OAC, STSP, Boathouse and Plaza Booking desk. Center Parcs colleagues in those areas are trained in their use. Should you wish for further details, our management team will be able to provide details of their exact locations to reassure you.

Anaphylaxis Kitt

We recognise that allergic reactions can be life-threatening and may affect anyone, at any time. This is why we have partnered with Kitt Medical, provider of the Anaphylaxis Kitt to have a wall-mounted clearly visible emergency kit containing adrenaline auto-injectors, in our First Aid centre and with Security. Then in three other locations, The Plaza, Pancake House and outside STSP.
