Guest Services

Guest Services is located on the ground floor level of Village Square North. 

Services

The following items and services are available from Guest Services and can be requested in advance:

• Deafgard alarm - Pillow vibrating alarm
• Stair gates
• Extra towels
• Extra linen
• Extra kitchen equipment
• Rubber non-slip bathmats
• Bed guards

These items are supplied on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we have made every effort to ensure availability meets demand, we recommend making requests before your stay.

Wheelchairs, pushchairs, and mobility scooters can be hired from the Cycle Centre prior to arrival, also on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking as soon as the booking window opens

• General information about the local area
• Restaurant bookings
• Complaint handling

The main entrance has double automatic doors.  There is good lighting throughout.

Toilets 

An accessible changing place is available next to Guest Services.

Induction Hearing Loops 

An Induction loop is available for use within the Guest Services.

Counter

The counter has a lowered section. Center Parcs colleagues will move to accommodate the needs of the guest if the counter impedes service provision.

Hidden Disability Sunflower Scheme

The Hidden Disability Sunflower Scheme means that we understand our guests may need additional help and they may need additional time when we are interacting with them. We recognise that we need to be more understanding with the guests and their needs. With this in mind we are providing complimentary sunflower lanyards for our guests to wear and receive our care.

The nearest cycle park is sited next to the village sqaure.
