Changes to your break

Flex allows you to change your booking, for any reason, up to 7 days before your Arrival Date and up to 2 days with the payment of an extra fee. The below table shows how this compares to the standard terms and conditions.

*Please note that any change of date, village or accommodation will be likely to involve a change in the price of your break. The price payable is the greater of your original break cost or the price for your revised break which applies at the time of your change. If the revised price is lower, we will refund the difference. 

Cancellation of your break

Flex allows you to cancel your break for any reason and receive a full refund up to 28 days before your Arrival Date.  From 27 days up to 2 days you can still cancel your break and receive a reduced refund.  **The cost of Flex cannot be refunded. The below table shows how this compares to the standard terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Flex can only be purchased at the time of booking or within 14 days of booking your break.
  2. The cost of Flex will differ depending on the village, arrival date and accommodation type booked. The price will be confirmed at time of booking.  
  3. The cost of the Flex fee is not refundable.
  4. Flex only applies if you have made all payments due to us in accordance with our standard terms and conditions at the time of amendment or cancellation.  Any late payments will invalidate Flex and no refunds will be available.
  5. For multiple lodge bookings, a separate Flex fee will be charged for each lodge.
  6. Any changes to the date or village and accommodation type will be charged at the price valid at the time of amendment and may incur additional cost.  If the price is lower, we will refund this amount. 
  7. For the purpose of Flex your Arrival Date starts at 00:01 on the day of your arrival.  This is different to your arrival time on village.
  8. Flex applies to all costs except the Flex fee and the cost of activities.
  9. Separate cancellation terms apply to activities, including restaurant booking.  You must ensure you cancel your activities in accordance with the activities terms and conditions. See our terms and conditions for activities here
